Q: When is check-in and check-out?
A: 4 p.m. is standard check-in and 10 a.m. is standard
check-out unless other arrangements are made.
Q: What is the required security deposit?
A:
A credit card serves as security deposit for 2-6 people at the Penthouse or 2-6 in the 1st floor 1 bedroom.
A:
50% of the rental fee plus 50% of any applicable cleaning/damage deposit is required to hold your dates for standard
rate reservation of $500 or more. with the balance due 45 days before your arrival date. Special discounted rates and
reservations for under $600 require payment in full at the time of booking.
Q: What is the cancellation
fee?
A: Cancellations received more than 45 days in advance are subject to a fee of 15% of the total
rental fee (minimum of $300). There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival unless
we are able to rebook your dates. Should we be able to rebook your dates, your refund will be the amount you have paid
less the above cancellation fee and any difference rental rate. PLEASE NOTE that will work with you on rescheduling
your dates should an emergency arise. Contact us for rescheduling fees that may apply, depending on the advance notice,
and our ability to rebook your slot.
Q: What about pets and smoking?
A: This is
a pet-free and smoke-free home. Smoking is allowed outside, but please be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly
and safely, not inside the home.
